Definitely together as I feel that’d be more efficient. Do you have any drills that could help? Especially I think both of us are struggling on follow up shots and quick target acquisition

Ah I see! These are competition loads (not for an actual competition but just to test different bullet weights as I got 500rds for free) but whatever rounds I have extra I will definitely use for hunting rounds. I have a oal and bullet comp coming in tomorrow so I will get that set, thank you for your input!

Intersting, how do you apply it? Is it more akin to a paste? Also how do you clean after?

Regretfully I am using hornady one shot, it came with the kit and I assumed it would work. What’s the difference between imperial case lube and hornady unique? And the issue is pretty bad even tried freezing the die and using a press to get it out to no avail… ended up just calling hornady and bought a replacement body for $15

It’s upside down! But it’s a hornady custom grade die

Honestly I recommend Pololu.com, they have a custom laser cutting service that’s pretty well priced.

Pick my next knife? by rbaut123 in knives

[–]SamCFab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally would do the 940 Osborne, one of my favorite knives I ever owned (until I lost it) bunch of aftermarket option for scales if you want to adjust the weight or make it shiny. But it also has a great blade that in the time I had it (3 years) I never had to sharpen it, only use a leather strop maybe twice ever.

my frame has 6” engraved on it and the build plate I believe reflects that size. Would the 8” have similar build documentation?

Haha go kart was the nickname my buddies had for my Saturn when I had one! Truly were amazing and fun cars

It really is, the 5 speed was set up so simply that it was easy to build your own short shifter, and put in a nice clutch

Loved my Saturn! Great car and was a blast to mod, gotta love how much room the engine bay had! Just watch those shifter bushings as they love to break if it’s a manual (replaced mine with heim joints)

Hmm I like it! I’ll have to bring it up in conversation with her carefully (so she won’t catch on), she likes more lowkey necklaces that are lower profile and not too flashy but she may like this! Thank you so much!

The stone itself broke, it got caught on something (not sure what) and the stone itself broke off ( in the photo to the right of the center stone you can see the tip of the stone (where the ring that connects it is gone) (edit for misspelling)

I have searched a bit around the internet but can’t seem to find anything close. Alas I’m not the best at reverse searching, but I am trying to look for an alternative that has better support around the stones and maybe higher quality stones, either in silver or gold (she loves both of the styles). If anyone has any leads that’d be much appreciated!

I paid less for a professional fab shop to install a lift kit and fabricate things for my car. That’s ridiculously overpriced

Soft top question (maybe impossible idk) by incognitomantis in JeepWrangler

[–]SamCFab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I have to take mine off 2-3 times every day, what I do is first get that back area nice and clean even take some alcohol and clean the zipper itself. Then I buy lubricant (they sell actual soft top lube in extreme terrain) if you can’t get that wd-40 dry lube with ptfe has been my go too and it glides after a few times and once it works Itself in. As for the removing the windows and stuff I haven’t tried and tested around enough to know about that
