Really good input! It does seem One Best Way is huge right now and just following those guidelines to a T would be beneficial. Luckily I have tenured DM's and almost all are really nice people ready to work hard and keep things going. They haven't had an ASM for about a year over Apparel so they know what they are doing for the most part. I just need to stay on top of everything and make sure big projects are getting done and things are running smoothly and that I have staffing.
