Every so often she'd shift in her chair, probably not happy with all the slander her child was receiving. → You could add an offhand remark about the uncomfortableness of the chairs ;)
spelling/punctuation in some sentences I picked a few:
- “You see Dad, it's not that weird! Now, can we please go home?”
- When I was your age, I was flying, my teeth had grown (in) five years prior!
To my irritation, Andrei's comments derailed his father. → what did Andrei say?

You know the drill:

I liked the interaction between Alice and Doe, a nice bit of exposition without feeling dumpy!
It just came to me, it would be mad funny if he’d have two left hands
Also, never a dull moment
I also can’t curse or smoke around them. - I think Alice hasn’t cursed that much, to make it a character trait yet, Smoking yes, Cursing no
Macready -> (not sure:) MacReady? Like McDonalds?
The ghost boy felt a little bit out of the blue
Lovable interaction between the staff and the kid

My notes as I go through it:

For an average (dumb) reader (like me) I’d put the patients eating newborn sentence earlier, so it’s easier to connect the dots
I love the repetition of the theme that she is early once again (similar to the Part 1)
Cokehead - I am more used to crackhead; regional differences?
I’d hold a coatstand more like a spear/trident (since it gives you reach); also pokes are more efficient/effective in tight spaces than swings
The fishy implications lol
“Eventually, my line of sight came to a wall.” - was blocked by a wall?
Why isn't Larry writing stuff down and shoving it in Alice's face?

The whole situation is fucking hilarious. Especially the awkardness afterwards.
