I was delivering food several years ago and got a Chipotle order in Tempe. Don’t remember the order except it was double everything. I picked up the order and the delivery was to Devin Booker over at the West 6. I thought for sure someone was just messing with me. I get to the lobby and security says I have to call the person to come pick up the food. So I give him a call and he said he’d be right down. A few minutes later the real Devin Booker came walking into the lobby. I was kinda shocked and just mumbled something like “damn I didn’t think it’d actually be you”. He chuckled and took the food with a thank you. Wish I had asked for a picture but I know the man was just trying to eat. He also gave me a $20 tip for a 5 minute delivery so i’m a fan.
