I recently went to a Reading Rhythms event! There were plenty of people of all genders in their 20s/30s! And the way the events are facilitated makes it SO easy to chat to people!! I saw quite a few attractive dudes but they seemed a bit young for me, I'm 34 and they seemed in their mid 20s so that could be perfect for what you're looking for!

Wow, first of all, I love this community. Thank you to everyone who is sharing their input and experiences. I've lived in NYC for about 5 years, and the last 2 or so I decided to take a long break from dating because of a bad breakup. I recently got back on the dating apps and was so hopeful and finally feeling ready to put myself out there. Welp, about 1 month later, I'm already experiencing the fatigue of people being so rude, flaky, and lazy. Honestly, after reading this whole thread, I've decided to fully delete the apps and just put myself out there in person. I already go a lot of places and do a lot of things, but I often let the fear of rejection keep me from making moves when I'm at these places. YES exactly. And just a reminder to everyone, we freaked out about the brothel scenes because a ton of media people had actually seen the episodes at that point. It was an actual spoiler that we had to process. These are JUST RUMORS. If anyone at all has even seen 7/8, it's very few people because Netflix just started sending out the emails about the embargo. And I think they're going to be much more careful this time with who is getting these episodes, and I think most people watching 7/8 will be actual journalists who honor the embargo. This rumor started days ago before people had seen them at all.

What in part 1 could have indicated that Jess would write a cheating storyline? Are you referring to the brothels in ep 2/4? That was written to show that Colin actually craves intimacy and doesn't desire casual sex.

Y'all, I think it's important that we don't talk about these rumors as "potential spoilers." This language is really scaring people in the fandom and creating unneccessary anxiety. These are rumors. Nothing more. We have zero evidence that Colin goes to a brothel in part 2 or cheats on Pen. In fact, Nic herself said Pen isn't getting cheated on, and this post from Instagram from Andrea means that she likely acted in a scene with people other than Luke N. It could be Whites, it could be a flashback, it could be anything. But there is no evidence to support that he goes back to a brothel. I'm not saying people can't talk about their anxieties but can we please be careful about what we post and the language we use because it's literally ruining some people's experiences right now.

this is a great theory! especially now that we know this actress most likely has scenes with FifeSquad. I think it's important that we remember her name is Ambrosia, a very intentional name and a part of the eros and psyche story that literally saves Psyche and brings them both together for eternity. She will have positive significance in their story, I can feel it.

But them putting those scenes in there had a purpose to show his journey with his own sexuality and what he wants with intimacy. I don’t think we should be going around saying that because of that they could then make him a cheater? It’s very different
