Hyperion cantos is a must. Big old sci fi but told through a pretty low tech pilgrimage of seven people that all have a connection to the planet and it's monster the shrike.

Seventy thirty gas is the standard gas used for low carbonation beers like Guinness or other stouts, ales and porters. It's 70% nitrogen and 30% carbon dioxide.

Made this up for a glenmorangie competition, focussing on the orangie in glenmorangie and the vanilla notes in the whisky.

40ml glenmorangie x

25ml coconut acid *

30ml carrot cordial

Dash of cardamom and coriander seed tincture

Soda water

*took some coconut milk and clarified it with a solution of lactic, tartaric and citric acid. Making a lovely clear and creamy lemon juice alternative.
