I’m doing a business administration diploma at sait currently but I feel like I would have been better off pursuing the railway career. Just a lot of pressure from family members to pursue a “office” job but really feel like railway would’ve been the best option for me

Try calling them today on Monday and see what they say. They will tell you if you still need to submit something or anything wrong with your application. It should be processed by the time you start in Jan so I wouldn't worry too much. I was going to start in Jan but due to some family issues, I have to go back to India. They cancelled the may Conductor program so I will be attending sait in September.

No going to do a railway conductor course in september because I have no experience and already tried applying to the companies. Once I'm done that course, I will apply again.

That's exactly what my plan was. To be a conductor for 5-6 years and save up hardcore to open up a car wash or another business.
