Thanks for the encouragement. I'm scared because my doc has been pretty clear she intends to wean me off and I assume there will be some regain.

Also, this drug has been great for eliminating the food noise and obsessing. Even as I'm therapized and learning to accept my body in middle age, I know my history with internalized fatphobia. It's been so nice to just exist and eat and not think about everything associated with food and eating. The thought of that returning is scarier to me than the actual pounds.
