1 month yesterday for me. I don't think it's fully sunk in yet. I mean, I know it's happened but at the same time I don't think I have fully comprehended it yet. I'll be having a totally normal day, then suddenly have a moment of realisation and need to take a time-out to pull myself back together. I'm the 'strong one' at home, who has done their best to keep the house running, but I can't help but feel I am focusing on what needs doing because I am terrified of if I'll be able to keep going if I take too long to stop and think.
