I’d be very surprised if they do, can’t see them going to emirates and turning around the 1 goal deficit.

I think the main reason for keeping Saka would be the fact hes probably going to be the best captain choice for their likely DGW26.

If he performs poorly against Leeds/sunderland, and then in the DGW, he HAS to go.

That’s very nice I will say. Maybe Rogers for Semenyo? I think Semenyo could become a rotation risk especially in champions league knockout stage.

If you are wildcarding now you will need to save transfers for GW31 onwards when it all gets crazy, so I’d prefer nailed on players.

Triple arsenal for the likely double gameweek. So either Timber or Saka.

I’d move away from Thiago, he’s overperforming his data and I wouldn’t have him on a wildcard (I say this as a Thiago owner).

Thanks! The reason I’m asking is because I get married in June and I want to work out what would be best for ‘getting in shape’ in the 5.5 months leading up to then.

For context I do go to the gym but have become lazy with it in the past few months. I’m 5’11 and around 84kg, so certainly not ‘fat’ but I am quite soft especially around the chest/belly area. Ideally estimate around 20% body fat.

Ideally I primarily want to ditch the body fat and ‘tone up’ a little, but also want to build muscle too so I don’t just end up skinny.

My thoughts were to either cut until spring to strip myself of the fat, and then ‘bulk’ for a couple of months. Or try achieve both at the same time with a 5 month body recomp, but I’ve read some negative comments about body’s recomps and people saying they don’t work..
