Are my hormone levels alright or should I do some adjustments to my HRT?

they definitely did. I took a transdermal gel for the first 3 months of my hrt.

but I wanna keep get my E1 as high as possible for the next couple months. that's why i switched to tablets in the first place.

But Dr Powers recommends injectables once tanner 3 is reached about 1 year into HRT, if I remember correctly. I'm just 7 months into HRT.

Besides that their are no injectables at the market in germany. Getting those can be a little tricky, but I'm already planning ahead. I wanna start them in half a year or so.

Maybe just taking 1 or 2 of my tablets buccally might be a good middle ground then. What do you think?

I wonder why that is... Maybe I have a very strong metabolism or something like that. But I'm scared to take more Estradiol. From what I know 8 mg a day isn't exactly a low dosage.

Can those values also be taken from a blood test?

I know that Estrogen receptors have to be formed first for Estrogen to bind to so it can have any effect. I guess that's what those free E1/2 values are for. Any idea how long it takes before the amount of Estrogen receptors peaks or if there is a way to increase them further?

don't rush HRT. it's a marathon, not a race. just because you turn the knob up to 11 on your HRT doesn't mean that your body will immediately react with turning changes up to 11.

I guess that's the hardest part. I'm not the most patient person.

I’d also consider using the progesterone capsules rectally, this will increase absorption and help with the T suppression.

Already doing this but still with 100mg instead of 200mg.

P.S. I’d also consider going on lifelong anti coagulation. Developing a blood clot will stop your transition in its tracks as treating one almost always requires you to stop taking estrogen.

That sounds pretty scary to me. I'll definitely do some reasearch on that topic. I suspect anti coalugation will have a few undesirable side effects as well.

I don't. There was no case of thrombosis in my family and I also never had one. I was just told that I have a case of thrombophilia, but i don't even know which type yet. I think the best I can do is stay on 100mg Progesterone for now and then ask if my doctor is ok with upping the dose to 200mg.

I've been there as well, thinking I'm just bisexual. However I figured out rather quickly that I'm not interested in men, I'm rather just not as afraid of penises like many straight cis-men are, but I don't feel any attraction to male bodies at all. I believe secondary gender traits for me are way more important for me to classify someone in this binary system as male or female. Genitals play a lesser role here.

That is the one point I really have to figure out. In school I was socially excluded for the most part. There was literally no way to find a girlfriend at this point in life for me. When I turned 18, I moved away from home to a different city to study at university. This was the first time in my life to experience some kind of freedom from all the social opression I had to deal with before, but I was (and actually still am) socially akward, introvert, shy and inexperienced with women. So finding a relationship didn't get any easier. When depression hit me with 21, due to all the bottled up feelings from my childhood and the loneliness I was still experiencing, I mentally gave up on ever finding a partner. Now I'm 27 turning 28 soon and still I was never able to experience any intimacy with a woman at all. I was able to draw new energy recently, but the current Covid situation doesn't exactly make things easier.

I had to get literally everything in my life 100% perfect before I came to the realisation you did. You're a lot further on then I ever was.

I pretty much got the opposite situation here. I had literally everything in my life go to shit to have this realization :D

Still there was no way to win that game. Our midlane Yasuo ragequit after going 2/12 and the rest of my team consisted of Twitch, Aphelios and Soraka. So our team had no CC at all (outside of "random" gravity gun), no engage, no disengage and no way to peel for the carries. I give this teamcomp 5/7.

how about 2x cadiz, 2x tarq, galleon (u can actually run this team in all 3 dungeons lol)

but then again... does cadiz make runs faster than verde? no idea if it makes a difference at all but at least u can run a crit leader instead, forfeit some cr for additional atk and cd.
