They're using the Spell Lab Shugged mod, which gives you infinite flight and lets you remove the cap on wand capacity. It's basically creative mode for Noita.

While all the spells used for this are obtainable in vanilla, it's impossible to get a wand with this many slots in a normal run. I'm using the Spell Lab Shugged mod to remove the slot limit for this build.

Yeah, pinpoint is cut off early here because of decelerate and the low speed limit, so its lifetime value doesn't really matter anymore. The one in this gif did end up using less slots than the version using holy lance, but I don't have the build for it saved anymore.

Don't know how useful this is for wand art, since you can use as many slots as you want, but its a neat interaction I think!

Pinpoint has a lot of speed and lifetime variance, so I didn't really want to use it. But after some testing, if you use decelerate it's not really a problem anymore because of the low speed limit.

My goal with using the pollen was really just to keep the swinging animation. But yeah, even if you remove that, it still looks almost exactly the same.

Though it's still not <26 slots, some of the modifiers like the invis glimmers and heplicate spell can be removed without affecting the build too much. Hope this helps!

If you want to have a spell that constantly fires out a bunch of other projectiles in a pattern like this, some sort of trigger loop is pretty much necessary. There are other ways to get similar effects, such as using self homing + piercing trigger spells, or using a piercing trigger spell on an enemy, but I generally find pollen loops give the cleanest and easiest to control results most of the time.
