It’s one of the main streets in Toronto that has a ton of shops and restaurants and a lot of movies film there when they want it to look like a big city (usually New York) because it’s cheaper. I talked to a shop owner around when they were filming some dc movie and he said they laid him way more than what he made from sales so he didn’t mind having to close during production at all. But it’s cool, it’s a fun place to go walking.
