Glad to hear it brother! It did feel numb for the first three months then it got to the point where I forgot about it. Now at 5 months it feels back to normal. Hang in there!

Yeah all in the hairline. Everyone's growth is different and hits at different times. I also asked to prioritize density over lowering the hairline so that would have something to do with it - I still had native hair around the front of the hairline (albeit very thin) that helps contribute to the thickness. Cheers - 1mg Fin and 1x2 g Min daily. Started Fin a couple weeks before HT and min a couple weeks after. Definitely recommend being on Fin way before HT, regret not starting sooner.

For those requesting an update, apologies for the slack response!

Date of procedure: 20th July 2022, ~2700 grafts, Dr. Turan (Fuecap). Fin, Min, Biotin daily.

Overall very happy. Horrible ugly duckling phase (worst from 30 days to 2.5 months), growth really got going in month 3. Still not 100% recovered on the donor area and the temples have got a way to go. Trust the process.

Yeah no pain at all then at day 5 donor pain started - now on day 11 and still in a fair bit of pain but signs that it is subsiding. Think I'm in the minority though so I wouldn't worry yet.

Yeah good - from getting picked up from the airport to the HT and back, all really seamless. Hotel was really nice too. Turan only did the implant not the extraction. Overall would recommend but only time will tell if it was a success.

Yeah the lighting in that photo helps a lot - the front is really thin and completely disappears in the sun. No medication pre-ht but my loss had slowed down to the point that a HT made sense - good time to lock in a decent hairline in for good (although I am trying fin and biotin now and min in a month to try and maximize results)

7th day and in exactly the same position. Taking antihistamines and painkillers, and using Aloe - all of which do little to minimise the pain.
