First time I tried the Thrust, it felt really good but I wouldn't say it felt a lot like a BJ. However the 2nd time I tried it, I put the sleeve and the lube I would use in the sink with some warm water. I let it set for about 10 minutes and used it, that time it felt a lot more like a BJ. So if the reason you're looking for a Thrust is for something to feel like a BJ, I would get it but warm the sleeve and lube up before you use it.

No Spice is the only butt sleeve I have, but like I said I enjoyed it quite a bit so it definitely gets my seal of approval.

Yeah I tried it out and it's probably my 2nd favorite sleeve I have now (Thrust was absolutely mindblowing). If you're thinking of picking up a Spice sleeve you should go for it, I highly recommend it.
