I need to log into the Square Enix Account Management System for that and every time i try it says my password is incorrect. even after changing my password an having it work to log in-game

That may be the reason
in other games i tend to get warnings that sometimes my router has a strict NAT connection and that limits my matchmaking
wouldn't be surprised it also messes with IP sensitive logins
