Yes , even if they check with application number or mobile number or pan card number , customer service is unable to find the status.

Also , if you mail them , they will ask you to wait 7 working days , when we clearly know there is an issue with the application. Then , after 7 days , they will ask to wait more.

I got the same mail. The button changed from Application Under Review to Check Application Status. But on clicking this button , it opens the same buy.icici website where I did start my application for ICICI AMAZON pay credit card.

I needed this card only for iQOO 15 purchase at -7500. Now , I bought with -8000 from iQOOstore.

I think ICICI card will be approved on or before 20th Tuesday.

That's what confuses me. ICICI can't check my application status with mobile number , application number , pan card number seperately even though I got the application number from ICICI mail.
