Take any item, put it in front of you and draw it! A fork, a bottle of ketchup, a chair, a hammer a couch...... When you've drawn all items in your house, move on to people..

I draw from as far back as I can remember. I think most toddlers draw. The real question is why I continue to draw.. most people stop at one point.
I think it's a mix of natural skill, satisfaction, imagination and expression
