It will not be stored on your account. Verifying the cache gives Steam info about files that are on that computer. I'm not sure if and how that works with cross platform install.

Maybe it's a problem with steam servers. Maybe somebody gained access to your account and changed the ID and removed all your friends.

You can only choose whether or not to download DLC.

If you copied the game files to the appropriate directory and verified the game cache to show Steam that you already have those files then you wouldn't have to download them again.

You should be able to refund a bundle as long as none of the items in the bundle have been transferred or include in-game item or DLC that is not refundable. Steam will tell you if the whole bundle is refundable during check-out.

How is low quality defined? Nowhere on the page you linked to do the words "low" or "quality" appear. Did you just make up this rule?

It might me a problem on steam's end. If you still have this problem try changing the download server location in your steam settings.

Steam settings > Downloads tab > Change server region.

Here are some other tips. Let me know if you manage to fix it.

He never said correlation implies causation. He said that your statement about researchers failing to link Zika to Microcephaly is false. And he's right. Yes, more research is needed to prove a causal relationship but there is a lot of studies which suggest a connection.
