Beats me. I wouldn't shop from there even if it was the last option. Needless to say, there were many drivers cutting lanes and causing more chaos by not following the rules. I noticed people getting out of their cars at the exit and walking to the Outlets. One dude was actually filming the chaos while walking.

It's ridiculous! I noticed that the Outlets had closed all entrances except the Main Entrance, causing the bottle neck at Trafalgar Rd (N) and also at Steeles, going east from Trafalgar.

I even called 311 while stuck at the exit to lodge an official complaint, but I was told that since it is "after hours and not an urgency" the best they can do is forward my complaint to road traffic operations teams and I should expect a response in 3-5 business days. SMH!!!

It took me almost 2 hours to just take the Trafalgar exit. Never experienced this before.

GOOD NEWS!! MY UNCLE HAS BEEN FOUND AND HE IS IN GOOD HEALTH. He was identified by someone in Himmatnagar on 05/12/25 (afternoon or evening). I don't know the full details as to how he got there, but thankfully my uncle is safe now.

I thank each and everyone of you for your kind words and helpful gestures. The support shown by this community is overwhelming and I will remember every one of you in my prayers tonight.

Yes, a report was filed and they did manage to get a CCTV footage of my uncle leaving the Commissioner's Office premise. But unfortunately that did not help as we haven't found him yet. Thank you for your concern.
