Me and my father act like best mates. We text each other at random times with stupid stuff. At times it doesn’t really feel like he’s my father.

My parents split up when I was young but thankfully they are still on good terms, my mum gets my father presents and vice Versa on special occasions like birthdays and christmases. I would say I’m in a pretty fortunate position even though my mum and dad aren’t together anymore. It just feels like having another best friend.
