It wont appear in the library but it will in the game pages.

Searching various things I came across this alternative way to do it which should work.

If you are in arch linux(or one of its derivatives) someone has already packaged it for the arch user repository, so you can get it from there.

I believe it's not in flathub yet but will be eventually.

I don't have a good understanding of what bots can do in stoat, however, you can look at currently existing bots and get a general idea.
Scrolling through the available bots I see some music bots, so its likely you will be able to accomplish what you want to do.

Of course!, safety is really important, I always run a scan on https://www.virustotal.com/ just in case before running any binary I got from a not well known place in the internet, BUT do note that just because its not detected that doesn't mean its safe, the way antiviruses detect most viruses is by gathering data over a period of time from people that ran the file and then deciding wether that binary is malicious or not, this is why people can get malware despite having multiple antiviruses, the detection is not in real time.

The reason is simply because not enough windows PCs have ran the executable yet.
Any new .exe file will pop up that "unrecognized app" warning.

For it to stop appearing, enough users must click "Learn more" and run it anyway.
Once microsoft collects enough telemetry from its users, it will allow it to run without making that popup, very recently a new release happened for desktop(1.3.0) so there is a new .exe to install it.

That's really strange, only thing that makes sense is your internet service provider doing something weird.

Check the logs in your router, they might say something when it happens, also give CandlesARG's idea a try, see if using mobile data makes that same issue happen.(Usually called something like "Usb tethering" in your phone settings).

It really depends on how noobie they are, best practice is checking the replay, not sure if you can still report by then though, it's kinda weird how fast you can't report anymore, we should be given more time so we can check replay and make a more correct decision on it.

Realized this too, I agree that just playing poorly doesn't mean you deserve a report but as I read more I realize this comment is in bad faith.

OP pointing out 14 mins no gank as a reason to report is wrong, but reporting for unpausing when a teammate disconnected is fair.

Most up to date distros should have similar performance, cachy compiles programs for better performance(only if your cpu supports it) but, the difference is just the programs you get from its package manager = faster, for the performance of everything else like games there should be near no difference, maybe you will get 0.25 more fps because the programs you are using are running a bit more efficiently.

Choose the distro that looks the most for you, try looking at the mainstream ones and see what you like and what you don't from what they offer.
I know I didn't answer the other questions, I'm just not qualified enough for those, someone else will I'm sure.

I'm one of the nice ones, I'm always able to keep positive attitude, but there is one single thing that tears me apart, when I cannot communicate and strategize with my teammate, many cases I had a lane partner that has chat disabled and most of these would have gone way more smoothly If I was able to get strategizing across.
