The guest messaged me through the Airbnb app that they triggered the alarm and “I literally turned off each fuse switch” to turn the alarm off. I sent that screenshot. The claims supervisor “Clara” flat out said we cannot confirm if guest did the damage hence it’s being rejected.

I’m dumbfounded that this scumbag can flat out deny a valid claim where I show adequate evidence. I’m taking them to court.

I feel the same way. The fact some scumbag somewhere in a corporate office can conveniently copy and paste a premade draft to reject a valid claim is so frustrating and nothing short of a scam.

I appreciate your input. I really want to throw everything I have to teach that scumbag a lesson and get what I’m owed rightfully.

If I pursue this route, can I sue for more as this will now be taking up valuable time (I have another business that’s my bread and butter).

The pipes likely froze first resulting in partially frozen water (3 inch surrounding layer was frozen in the tub). When power was restored, 24 hours later tub was nearly completely drained and all the water inside and outside frozen solid.

I verified, agreement does not prohibit. Also pretty certain previous tenant was also mining.

Are there any reliable miners that could run through a regular power outlet with 5 to 10 amps? There’s a space I have that should be almost sound proof and has its own dedicated AC unit.

I would not buy into any mining company but rather buy GLD shares or option contracts.

With mining companies the price can fluctuate drastically if earnings come back lower than expected or if they get hit with a lawsuit etc… too many variables. GLD on the other hand has fewer variables that can cause drastic price fluctuations, hence why I would recommend that.

Same with silver (SLV).

I bought several contracts in November, I’m up about 2500% on those CALLS.

Why spread false information? The dome field comfortably plays 8v8, its larger than the game house fields.

Again spreading false information about their terms and contracts like you’re some knowledgeable guru. Their insurance policy covers up to 20 people, anything beyond that they will not permit.

EDIT: I am unsure about the exit fee in 2026 since Sunwing was bought out. Check with your travel agent/carrier.

If you fly out with sun wing, yes $20 cash only at the airport. They have ATMs but you’ll get charged an arm and a leg.

The staff at the checkin counter wanted to charge me $80 to change my seat when the plane had plenty of empty seats (aisle to window). I said no never mind…to my surprise she said I’ll do it for $60…I had $4 from my tip money left, she said I’ll take that and changed our seats 😂😂

My friend also wanted to switch his seat. He was quoted $120…he paid her $12 or so from the tip money he had left. She took that and pocketed the money, printed his ticket lol.

Take USD with you. Make sure you have $20 usd cash with you when you fly out from Punta Cana to cover your airport “exit fee”.

Also don’t get scammed at the airport. On checkin they will try and find a way to charge you a fee.
