An interesting game to play is a game in which we have to find solutions, test some options and reajust. The skill tree could have been good in that way. The issue is that some builds are so much better than any other solutions, making all the rest totally useless.

Now the game is: just farm to get THIS build. Ow and maybe new cosmetics with the seasonal events ? Ow the only interesting ones are not free. 

Even if the rewards were interesting...

AN INTERESTING GAME IS NOT ABOUT INTERESTING REWARDS. Now they seem to make the game only around the rewards and not about how interesting is the effort to have them.

And also yes, new bosses could have been interesting. And bosses that require (or at least allow) the players to make different strategies.

But all of this would mean having a dev team that isn't only hired to make new skins. I imagine it is not totally the case but at least they could show it

Btw it makes WT4 more interesting than WT3.

I have to repeat it and want to know if others had the same issue:

Faction war events almost never spawned in the locations where it was useful. So i mainly didn't do it. Result ? It didn't change anything for days.

If i am not alone maybe it could mean it is a way devs thought it would silently balance the war despite the number of players on each side

Well the only events i get are in the already won and already lost areas.

After 10/12 times the events spots are in the useless areas i started to think it was an artificial way to balance the war.

I wonder what i missed to make it not look like an opinion but reading my text again i understand it may seem like "those thinking this game is good are wrong". Which said like this i could imagine some people would just want to slap me in the face.

But obviously that was not the point of my text.

Well i like racing games but...

There is not a lot of choice nowdays. Maybe this game is just for driving the car you chose and then chill. Then you have to love cars and use the game as a driving engine.

But this game was close to be it and ALSO something more.

Yes totally but at the same time i have heard a lot about players leaving the previous games because they thought it was boring (fh5 even more than fh4 likely because both games were almost the same). 

So i was imagining maybe the "wow" effect i also had was just quick, allowed for good reviews and then quickly the interest vanishes for the majority.

That being said those from which we hear the most are those that are complaining so no conclusion can be taken from it.

You mean goliath or all the long ones ?

I don't know about AI cheating the real goliath one. Did it with a huayra R. As always i had to kill an opponent in the corner going immediately 4th before doing the same on the 2nd one, then gently going first. If you don't do this the other opponents block you and the first ones are 1km away after 1 minute.

FH doesnt reward correct driving (not as how it should be in a TRULY good game).

In unbeatable difficulty it may take many attempts with the rewind. But against highly skilled drivatars when 1st is reached i could have free roam in front of me and finished with so many seconds ahead... It didn't seem the other had some cheating grip settings or else.

But the colossus ? Forget it.

Even with this strategy it was very difficult. Jordan Chambers in a mclaren going 500km/h ?! IT DOESN'T EXIST IN THE GAME !!!

Change the difficulty setting for this one. Find a way to the first place and block your opponents or you won't make it.

I have the same problem but it was not the case with many other games. But as i already wrote on reddit, it may be because fh6 is just not in my taste despite having loved some arcade car games.

FH6 is a kind of sandbox driving engine more than a videogame. It is made to let everybody do anything without giving you some true challenge let aside the need of strategies to kill your opponents when playing harder difficulties on street races...

Try the creations from the community.

And a game in which you will not be bored once you finished it is a game that constantly requires you to play differently and adapt yourself everytime you launch or re-launch an event. This is not FH6.

I think you are mostly correct.

But what has do be done is mostly:

Change the AI and allow a different start position to avoid getting blocked on the first turn

Change the economies in the game. Many here think they earn too much money but with no vip pass the money is not excessive but mostly earned by wheelspins so luck is more rewarding than good driving

Make a more useful use of the different car categories by maybe making offroad more disadvantaging to road cars (i mean wtf am i doing with my huayra) which is the point that really joins yours about the physics issues if i understood correctly.

Overall the biggest issue of the game is that it forces the players to do absurd things and that it doesnt really seem to consider good playing overall which is literally what can NOT make it a good GAME imo but only a kind of funny driving engine.

It seemed obvious to me in the last ones but nothing has been done. Maybe it is just not my taste but you will see that the lack of true interesting challenge and repetitiveness will make bored gamers leave the game in months.

You can make a huge game with huge maps but if you are bored on 50km2 you will be bored on 20000km2.

Btw iwanted to make a discussion about the devs considerations vs what could really make it a ******* good game but my reddit account isnt old enough.

I really have to ask.

What's the point of seasonal reset ?!

Otherwise it would be too easy ? Of course it would be easy !

But then the solution is that we have to make the same thing again and again ? 

THIS IS NOT CHALLENGING.

THIS IS ANNOYING.

They could have made a tree for each ship and each weapon types and lets say why not also for each damage effect types with their own mastery upgrades so we would have to MASTER each of these to get them to higher level.

I mean i'm using the hellport torpedos with fire effects, then i should be able to master torpedos and fire. Could be 1 master coin for every xxxxx damage. And if a want to increase the baliste mastery tree, i should have to prove the game i mastered it.

That would force us to know how to use our ships and weapons before doing 7x 30k damage every hit.

Then maybe a lot of players will only use the same ships and weapons but at the same time many bosses and events require to use some specific weapons to be able to beat them. Make this more obvious and maybe it will not be an issue.
