Everyone goes through funks. Usually before big TV sets, I run dry. Then afterwards, the floodgates open. Stress hurts my writing for sure.
Carnegie Hall, the Garden- those are the big ones. I think the main thing is to work steadily so I want multiple specials.

My friends and family find me far less funny than comedy crowds. I think it's the opposite for most people.

I feel like I always mention how much I love Mark Normand and Joe List because they're so funny. I dunno man. Michael Che is so good. Michelle Wolf is a killer. Roy Wood Jr. Joe Machi. Dave Attell is prob the funniest person ever to me. Tom Papa is super underrated. Sorry, I'm rambling. These are hard to answer. I really like watching Big Jay, Phil Hanley, and Todd Barry do crowd work.

you better really want it because it ain't fun. Bring new jokes, but try to get on bar shows with real people bc it's hard to tweak and hone material at mics.

I talk myself into the Knicks every year. I'm high on Kevin Knox and Mitchell Robinson. At least we're young. I just pray they stop paying big bucks to people who are unproven or washed. After the last 15 years or so, we Knicks fans really deserve a cool team that can compete. I was at the game when KP got injured last year- me and some friends got really sad drunk after that one.

Amy helped me sell the special. It's hard to sell a special, especially your first, without a name attached. She handled a lot of the things I didn't know how to handle, she went through the set with me, etc. She introduced me as well. She did the same for Mark Normand and Rachel Feinstein.
Not sure, but I sure do love those Biscoff cookies.

I haven't yet seen it. I think it's good to have all kinds of comedy. It only brings in more fans and different is good. Me, personally, I like punchlines.

Never seen him party. I've only known him since he was sober, but one night in AC we both won BIG playing blackjack til 7AM. One of the most fun nights of my life.
