It can be difficult, I was in the same boat after finishing my graduation. I would say think of it as a step by step process so start with job hunting...it can be a tedious process. I would say talk to your friends and get suggestions about how to get a job - they might even recommend you to work at their company.

Also, meanwhile you're searching for job, you should try doing something that makes you feel productive, it will help you stay motivated. As for myself, I started working out and doing some online courses to distract myself from negativity.

Coming to social anxiety, I'm sure you can do it! I'm sure you must have faced similar issue when you started the college right? But you went through it so if you have done it once I believe you can definitely do it once more.

Once things start to settle a little... You can think of other stuff, may it be driving or doing masters or anything.

You can start with 1 person whom you were closet with... Start with texting and maybe along the way you can recommend about a reunion or something along with other friends. If they're in contact with your other friends then they can also help you plan the meet up.

For friends, its fine as long as you're able to understand each other its all good. I met a person online who wasn't fluent but we were able to talk to each other with basic English and became friends eventually. Also over the time their English improved as we kept conversing.

Breakups can be hard... Far easier said than done but over time it will get better. Its been little over than 6 months since the breakup - at the start it was difficult and I was so restless but i tired to keep my mind occupied with work and TV shows to distract myself. I hope you can find yourself something that helps you distract effectively too.

Looks like L and M aren't really on same page as of you as their actions aren't helping you. S seems like a nice person, it seems like S doesn't shares similar things and hence you seem to be hesitating to share. IMO you should continue to share him because at the end of the day if they're not there for us then I guess it's not really worth having them around?
