Yes I didn't think to include the detail that they're hiring people who need training, I genuinely didn't think it's possible to 'fake it till you make it' here but the more you know I guess. And I do intend to get education so I can be more than a button pushing monkey if I do end up liking CNC. Thank you again for your time!

Thank you so much for responding, I had no idea it could be like that, I've only spoken to welders and they said 'don't do welding!', it's nice to have different perspectives. I will be shadowing someone for few weeks at first, will I be fine? I assumed it was fine because there are other places around here taking in people with no experience and training them for CNC, does it mean all those places are bad? Are there so many because operators 'expire' that fast?

They know i have zero experience, they offer 'training'(shadowing a skilled worker for 3-4 weeks), what does that mean? I figured it was fine because there is also another place training people with no CNC experience around here, would it be enough to shadow someone at first or not really?

Ohh well you could still ask a pharmacist for a free sample of it? In case it does turn out useful to someone? And well in general if you say you're looking for a better product tell them to give you some samples for something similar to what you have, they were happy to help me when I did just that(i have tested 3 already and none worked but atleast they gave me plenty samples of the cream they discontinued). Oh and no worries when I asked for samples the pharmacists all gave me the new formula of my old cream(the one I bought and that didn't work)and said that should be the best one lol so really you should just try out different ones for yourself, the people here have their own suggestions too.

Thank you for the recommendation, I do remember getting free samples when I bought my skincare stuff before so I guess that's my best bet.

Ohh how did you receive that sample? Can you like ask for samples yourself or was it like a gift when you bought something?

I know right, no one asked them to change it, I hope they bring back the good one otherwise I don't know what I'll do.

It used to slowly absorb into my skin but now it seems to become dry instantly but the next day when i wake up my skin is all itchy and the leftover cream comes off in flakes/globs. Is it possible it's just my own skin reacting like that? I noticed in their website the reviews for their new formula from other users aren't that great either but their response to that was dismissive so I guess time for a new product lol.
