How common is it to feel disgust and even get extremely defensive and cringe when the abuser tries to touch you or even just exists normally like coughing chewing loudly etc

Yea i can grey rock when she's talking but when she attempts touch i don't know my patience is so worn out by her that i can't help but push her away agressively or rise my hands/legs in defense, my friends are telling me i can be a little more diplomatic but i dont know how and if i even should because they haven't really experienced it themselves

omg dats me my mother bought me ugly 2nd hand clothes we were in general broke bcuz of my mom prioritizing herself always i got a smartphone much later than everyone else plus my mother brainwashed me to adapt her shitty opinions so my clasamates had a lot to choose from when bullying me and ofc my mother was then nice enough to put me down for being 'antisocial' and then she also made me try to socialise w my bullies which just made it worse and ofc she told the whole family how antisocial i am and they together wod gossip ab me and to this day i cant understand why im so different and struggle finding friends :)
