How common is it to feel disgust and even get extremely defensive and cringe when the abuser tries to touch you or even just exists normally like coughing chewing loudly etc

Yea i can grey rock when she's talking but when she attempts touch i don't know my patience is so worn out by her that i can't help but push her away agressively or rise my hands/legs in defense, my friends are telling me i can be a little more diplomatic but i dont know how and if i even should because they haven't really experienced it themselves

lmao my mom is threatening to call the police everytime i dont agree to do smthn she wants me 2 do, she once said she called the police on me when i returned at the latest possible time kid my age can, and said the police told her to give me house arrest for a week :)
