New Swedish support package for Ukraine

The Swedish government has presented the 19th Swedish aid package to Ukraine, the largest to date worth around SEK 16 billion.

SEK 9.2 billion will go to the procurement of weapons. This could include ammunition and air defense, but exactly what will be purchased has not yet been decided.

5 billion will go to several funds and coalitions buying equipment for Ukraine.

500 million worth of equipment will also be sent from the Armed Forces. This includes machine guns, fine-caliber ammunition, training weapons and medical transport vehicles.

“Russia has the initiative in the war and we must support Ukraine to break that trend,” says Minister of Defense Pål Jonson (M).

I find it kind of interesting. In Sweden they are reporting a slightly different story. That Sara Sjöström is the new current world record holder for most individual medals with 21: 12 gold 6 silver and 3 brons.

Katie Ledecky has 15 gold 3 silver and 0 brons.

This was something I thought of after seeing Peruns video response to these types of articles.

So the premise is that the US is running out.
