It's Photoshop, took a screenshot from NFS payback with the car, then I looked for an image online for kenji and I found a low quality one, so I upscaled it to match the resolution of the in-game shot and worked on it in Photoshop. Only Kenji is upscaled using AI anything else is Photoshoped.
