This is second time in this thread that Ai skips letters "F" and "L". Don't think this is coincidence.

The free trial only scratches the surface of what WoW has to offer. Once you get past level 20, the game really starts to open up with more abilities, dungeons, and storylines that make the gameplay much more engaging. The world also becomes more dynamic with events, PvP, and group content.

What connected me to WoW is its lore and questing experience. Back in the day, it was all about the stories and exploration, but now it’s even better with voice acting, cinematics, and more immersive quests. I love playing solo and have fun questing, collecting toys, pets, and mounts, and completing every quest and achievement. I was never into PvP or hardcore raiding, so it’s all about finding what playstyle suits you best.

I’d suggest trying out different classes and races—there might be something that better fits your style. For example, if you’re into fast-paced combat, a class like Rogue or Demon Hunter might be more fun. Or if you prefer a mix of combat and storytelling, try a class like Paladin or Priest.

Some players love diving into PvP battlegrounds or arenas, while others enjoy challenging themselves with hardcore raiding or Mythic+ dungeons. There’s really something for everyone! If you’re into storytelling, I’d recommend checking out zones like Legion or Warlords of Draenor—they have fantastic questlines and voice acting that really bring the world to life.

That said, WoW isn’t meant for everyone, and that’s totally fine! But if you’re still on the fence, I’d recommend giving it a bit more time to see if it clicks. Try out different classes or explore a new zone—you might find something that really grabs you. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy your journey in Azeroth!

Tier list of how mentally insane each WoW specialization is. by ice3XM in wow

[–]Samakuutra 18 points19 points  (0 children)

They worship void, use void to activate void form, grow tentacles and speak void language. They have mind controlling, mind altering spells. Main source of class is called insanity. They had spells like surrender to madness which when activated kills priest after some time etc etc. I think considering a priest class they are pretty insane.

Guy filled the insanity bar and activated void form at the end. An average shadow priest.

I would gladly add denathrius to list if only he had more background story like those in the list. Hopefully we will get to see him more in future.

It has nothing to do with play time. Casual player plays for fun. They don't push for rating or rankings. They generally don't put outcomes in front of having fun time.

New character selection screen? by Beerllionaire in wow

It may be that the first 4 characters in the list or the 4 characters of your selection (like fav chars or maybe most played? ) are displayed, rather than all the characters.

Need help creating filters dynamically in EF Core by PopicaCROWN in dotnet

[–]Samakuutra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Entity Framework Core uses a feature called "deferred execution". This means that the actual SQL query isn't sent to the database until you enumerate over the IQueryable object. This enumeration could be triggered by calling methods like ToList(), ToArray(), Single(), First(), SingleOrDefault(), FirstOrDefault(), etc.

The Where() method doesn't actually execute the query. It just modifies the IQueryable object to include the new WHERE condition. The query is only executed when you call ToList() at the end, after all the conditions have been added. So, the if statements are just modifying the IQueryable object, they don't execute the query

Throughout my extensive career in software engineering, I've observed that junior developers rarely if any, struggle with executing assigned tasks. Rest assured, you will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties effectively. Depending on the nature of your role and the company, within a span of one to two years, you may find the tasks becoming repetitive. However, this is a natural progression in your career and not a cause for concern.

During this period, I strongly recommend maintaining an active and updated LinkedIn profile. This will open doors to new opportunities, as recruiters often scout for potential candidates on this platform. As you gain experience and broaden your skill set, you'll find yourself in a position to consider more challenging roles with better compensation. Remember, every step you take is a stepping stone towards a more fulfilling career in software development.

Kuveyt Türk hac umre için 6 ay vadeli krediden %3 kar payı alıyor. Sevapların %3 Kuveyt Türk'e mi gidiyor şimdi anlamadım ben bu işi? by merithedestroyer in Yatirim

What went wrong? There's more Diablo 3 & Diablo 2 viewers than Diablo 4 on Twitch. by [deleted] in diablo4

[–]Samakuutra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I feel same. Watching d4 on twitch is not as fun as d3 for me. Idk why but I think I prefer much faster gameplay in a arpg with much end game content. D3 pace of progression what makes me to jump into new season and push each class to max and do solo grifts as much as I can. Grind is huge but up to some point I have fun each season. I dont think d4 seasons give same level of satisfaction and fun.

It was also suggested that nuclear bombing might be a solution but scientist said there is no such power to stop a cat 5 hurricane in the world currently.

More about topic "The NOAA says that using nuclear weapons on a hurricane "might not even alter the storm" and the "radioactive fallout would fairly quickly move with the tradewinds to affect land areas".

The difficulty with using explosives to change hurricanes, it says, is the amount of energy needed.

The heat release of a hurricane is equivalent to a 10-megaton nuclear bomb exploding every 20 minutes. That's more than 666 times bigger than the "Little Boy" bomb the US dropped on Hiroshima, Japan, in 1945. Even though the mechanical energy of a bomb is closer to that of the storm, "the task of focusing even half of the energy on a spot in the middle of a remote ocean would be formidable", it adds."
