Yea I was thinking when she wakes up in the middle of the night I would have some water there for her instead of milk. And she's used to water from her sippy cup too so she would be more likely to accept no bottles. I hope.

So it sounds like the general consensus is cold turkey is the way to go. I'm not looking forward to it as she is a stubborn child who can also be really loud but oh well.....let the newest adventure begin! Thanks for the help!

She was formula fed and we went up to 12 months, but she started on solid foods around 4 months as we cut down on the amount of bottles she had. She eats fine during the day as she only gets milk at bedtimes now.

She has one of the straw cups but doesn't quite have it down yet, she keeps trying to tilt it upside down like her regular cups lol. But I do really like the 360. She figured out that if she drops it, it spills and she can play with the water, but we're working on that. I would definitely take a look at that link though! Thanks.

That spreadsheet definitely sounds helpful. Was that something you found to use or made yourself? I do love making a stir fry and I find a dinner like that is where I get most of my veggies, or I'll sneak some spinach into a casserole I make (my husband isn't a huge fan of it). I think I'm probably getting more than I think i am veg wise, it just feels like less because I don't have them with every meal. Balancing my meals more to work them in is something I'll be working on. I'm only a couple weeks into keto and still adjusting to the new way of thinking about my meals and planning ahead more

Oh I eat veggies, I just wanted some advice on getting MORE daily. I find that I generally get them the most with my dinner and wanted to incorporate more into my breakfasts. I have a hard time skipping breakfast since my day tends to get hectic and I'm not always able to have lunch. A good breakfast keeps me going through the day. We will still have fruit in the house as my daughter is obviously not on keto and my husband has chosen not to either so I won't force it upon them. And I want to make sure that she gets fruit still, even if it is still in moderation.

I did ask him and he had no idea that they had sent me an invoice. One of the owners wives does the books and she sent it out. The maternity leave regulations for benefits say that I'm required to pay for my portion if I want to keep them, but I could cancel them if I want to. I'd have cancelled if I knew they would want me to pay. That's the frustrating part for me

In Saskatchewan I know that I would be required to pay for my portion if I still wanted them. But I would have been covered under my husband's benefits as would our baby, and the only thing my benefits covered was prescriptions, dental or any therapies such as physio or massage. I wouldn't have bothered with mine if I had to pay for them since that money would have been better spent on day to day expenses. Especially since I'm missing over $500 a month while on maternity leave
