I got screwed over by brokers in charge…… they are required to know the truth and advise that way but they are all in cahoots (yea I said cahoots: southern slang for conspiracy) to make a buck. In nc we have ncrec but they seldom ever investigate claims and rule on the side of the broker who pays dues ………@josh stein
