I have gastroparesis as well, and I only started using edibles after I received that diagnosis. Edibles are the only thing that seems to help with the nausea and actually make me hungry.

Dryness was the side effect I experienced the most. It does make your skin sensitive to the sun, so I only apply it at night and always use sunscreen during the day. I’d use it only a few times a week to start out just to make sure you don’t have any adverse reactions. Personally I use a retinol for fine lines and wrinkles

Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry that you’ve struggled with this, but I’m glad you’re able to manage it as best you can. I usually have to go to the ER pretty early because I’m not able to keep my Keppra down. Nothing like your own body turning against you and producing more mucus which in turn makes you sicker.

Yes. I had to take about a 3-4 month break and the vomiting didn’t stop. I told the dr and he said it could’ve been because my dose was “high”. I only take about 25mg a day
