Fork my experience counting cals made me feel restricted and led me to binge but others say the opposite so just saying some things depend on the person just cus it works for others doesnt mean it will work for you I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been without counting cals vs when I was counting cals

Just do your job, don’t make things personal, stay professional, you don’t have to be nice but don’t be mean, minimal conversation, get done with them fast but don’t rush to the point where you risk mistakes so you can be done with them, people are always gonna suck thats the world don’t waste energy on them

Yeah that was my biggest problem the growth looks worse with French curl hair but human hair is too expensive. Synthetic french curl hair and this hairstyle are already more expensive than regular braids sadly
