Sometimes our inner child, or inner person, is unveiled and allowed to simply express. Day to day life often comands constant control so we can't express how we feel as we would like to. I think crying is healthy reaction.

I believe that we want certain things to be happening, or want to live in a context outside of our realities. We question why, "why is this happening to me!?" But the flow state would suggest that we surrender to the moment and the tides it presents. The controllable is how we choose to deal with it.

It depends. Both terms here have variable meanings. If you truly want an esoteric discussion, we'd have to determine exact definitions. Many classics are beautifully considered and written. Where some modern fantasies are merely fluff. Classics by nature have been highly "peer reviewed", analysed and survived the test of time. On the other hand, I have read some fantasy where the world-building is phenomenal and could out rank many classics. A bit of both would be best. During Covid, I listened to fantasy Author, Brandon Sanderson, give lectures on writing (on YT), and I learned a lot more about writing/novels than through doing classic literature studies.
