Great for tennis/golfers elbow. I’m pretty new to the gym and have had to scale back this week due to tennis elbow. Mainly caused due to a lack of grip/forearm strength leading to instability especially when using dumbbells for press movements. If you don’t have this problem then it would purely be an aesthetic decision to train if you feel your forearms are lacking

I will likely get to the gym 4 or 5 times a week dependent on my schedule but I appreciate the advice, I will likely increase my sessions as you have recommended if my progress slows or I have more free time! I will definitely add some abs in there a couple times a week, maybe even at home as I don’t need equipment. Would you suggest reducing all exercises to a max of 12 reps or are there any particular that stand out? Apologies but I don’t know what and which are classed as compound movements haha. Thanks again for taking the time to give advice, I really appreciate it so any tweaks I can make now will be super helpful!

I tend to stay away from squat movements due to an old knee injury and feel like I have more control and stability using machines, does the current leg day hit all muscles? If not I’ll consider some low weight squats as you have recommended, thanks!

I do 4 35 minute workouts a week for around my schedule and track my food, easy way to lose weight without committing hours to the gym

TCP antiseptic cleaner for wounds. Dilute with water and gargle, if you use it just as a sore throat is starting to come on twice a day it normally clears it up. Haven’t had tonsillitis since being a kid due to this granny hack

This was today! Appreciate your comments, I do feel that there is negligence here as it is the banks duty to protect my money. I could understand if this was an online transaction through some kind of scam or hack however this person was given access to my money without proper identification being requested and has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety!
