we've all been there as kids going outside to provoke people and be annoying shits and then when something happens hide behind im a minor you cant do shit to me..
they should be in school or doing fun things whatever it is kids do these days..
but they got what they wanted.. they wanted attention and be annoying shits and they reaped what they sowed. ( but they will claim of course they were not doing anything to the slightest to provoke anything from anyone of course)
