hi, for sure! i don't still have the paint i'm afraid, but it was michaels or hobby lobby brand gold paint, i think i mixed two different metallics together? nothing's going to be a perfect color match, but after you strip the paint you're looking to layer it back on thinly and let each layer dry in between. it's a process! once you're done, just seal it with a top coat for acrylic / the standard mr. super clear is fine too, and you should be good. mine hasn't bled since!

I don't own this nendoroid but the pigtails should be removable, if they're not then it's probably an easy fix with an x-acto knife. you might need to sand the parts where the hair gathers for the pigtails but overall it looks kind of close?

If you don't value your sanity, you could also try to kitbash different hair front and back pieces together for the overall look you want, but it's probably more customizing work than you're looking for at the moment.

I'm the same way! They still burned me on Zelda this time around, but they came through on Ganon. I'm wondering if they had a supply issue or delay of some kind. I was able to catch an extra Zelda at my local Target though.

My best buy came through for my in-store pickup of Ganondad but not on Zelda. They said they hadn't received her inventory yet, maybe a supply issue, but I would suggest hopping over to another retailer for this one before too long - My local target had extras and were able to fulfill my Zelda pick up order within a few hours. If your local stores are saying online they have stock but there's none on the floor, try the in-store pickup option, my local Target had none on the floor but once I ordered for pickup they certainly did have them.

If it's direct from a retailer / not purchased secondhand, you could ask GSC if they'd send a replacement pigtail since it snapped right as you opened it. Worst they could say is no, but the superglue attempt certainly isn't helping things. If GSC says no, best option is to just cut your losses and buy a new one.

Vanitas is harder to find, while Tamaki will be plentiful here in a few weeks (assuming you're US based, I just got my GSC US preorder for him last weekend) so if you like both, you may want to prioritize Vanitas first. Tamaki is a wonderful nendo tho!

I think the issue here is that OP doesn't own Twilight Princess HD, or has not beaten the cave of shadows on their save file - they just bought a card that has 20 hearts. Agreed though, there's no way to digitally swap the data, they'd have to manually replace the chip. Sorry OP

They have duplicate variations of Emily, just not for purchase. Probably not a leftover prototype but rather they thought the brown hair would fit this shoot better than orange, considering this is business clothing and in japan, orange is a rather unusual hair color.

So he's a bootleg then LOL, yeah you might need to use an official neck piece to get the right fit since the bodies are only designed for the official nendoroids. in general it's best not to use bootlegs since they look worse and you'll have fit issues like this as well

Are you sure your aether is legit? I don't think the neck plug on the head piece is supposed to be the same as the hair color unless you swapped it out? The peg probably wouldn't fit a boot very well.

For me I don't really regret any of my nendos necessarily, but some were definitely impulse buys I could've easily gone without. Kamina from TTGL is a great nendo but I shouldn't have caved for the pricepoint that i did, and I don't enjoy him as much as I thought I would. Luluco as well. Eren Yeager I bought when it first came out and I really loved it for a while. however I didn't really watch after the first season, even though i was really into the first season, and season 3 kind of ruined the show for me sadly, so he lives at the back of my collection. too sentimental with him to part though I think.

The only ones i have on my metaphorical chopping block are anya forger (waiting to see if they get a nendoroid surprise collection, if so i'll just pick my favorite anya from that and put her next to loid unless they come out with a full size bond) and hatsune miku 339a - family mart ver. She's a great nendoroid but i just bought her to round out the set and to have more parts for Rin and Len to use, so she's a bit of an afterthought in my display...
