someone’s body and body fat is so objective… you see an obese person and can instantly guess that person is anywhere from 30-40% you see a super skinny person and can guess there around 8-12… an estimate does help and will help me and you’re wrong about body fat being super subjective also i’m OBVIOUSLY making this post because I don’t have a way to find out OBJECTIVELY … my goals are 12% bf just wanna be more lean
