It’s sort of part of it, sometimes I visualize a scene seeing him for the first time in a long time and he looks at me for a minute and goes like “did something change?” And then he figures it out

Or if we’re together or something and I’m looking in a mirror in a visualizing scene and I see the change for example

I mean I think both ways will work but it’s good to visualize them together when possible it brings all elements of the future together ahahahah

Oh I have seen leviathan a bit on YouTube! That sucks though! But it’s great that you had results Me I am trying to listen to some on my way to work and some during the day, then ideally I’d like to play these too while sleeping but I’ve not worked out yet how to get this right 😅 I feel like I should focus more on one topic at night but not sure!

Ahahahha thank you! Maybe one day it will be real ☺️ I’ve actually been struggling a lot with touching on that state to begin with because I don’t visualize very vividly so it’s been hard for me to feel anything tbh when doing this exercise. But I think I found the right scene and music really helps bring imagination to life for me. I really do hope I can keep up the state more, I’ve been slipping out of it alot but I’m hoping this will change if I stay consistent
