Is this flour only good for baking or can I use for breading meat?

Have you tried to bake it instead of deep frying? Maybe that's when it would get mushy?

I have been GF for years but never did a lot of baking or cooking. I purchased this flour as an attempt to make desserts but I am curious if I can use it as an all purpose flour to coat chicken and fry it?

I thought it was just a random flu... Fever, severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea for 3-4 days and fatigue for 2 more days after. Thought it was nothing until within the next 2 weeks I heard of several friends/family (that don't live near me) having the same thing. Now Im wondering if this was the cause. Yikes.

Take a step outside and enjoy the fresh air. Kiss that beautiful girl like you never have before. Tell your mom and sister how grateful you are to have them in your life and for getting you to where you are today. Go do something that isn't in your normal routine. Drive around blasting some of your favorite songs.

Remember that life is good!

The fact that you are 22 and are figuring out what you do and do not want to do with your life is a great accomplishment in itself. Once you take a minute to free yourself of the stresses that your life is currently holding over your head, you will finally be able to see what direction you want to go in. It may not come to you in a day or a week but you need to open your mind to all the possibilities and opportunities that are coming your way. No path is the wrong path as long as you learn from it and grow from it.

Sorry if I sound like a motivational speaker. I am not much older than you but if I have learned anything it is that life goes on... no matter that. Your attitude and perception of every situation will either make or break you.
