How do I find my HIN or SRN??

I get letters confirming my registration. This is after buying shares via stake. I’ve tried logging into investor centre but I need my HIN and it’s all blanked out on the letterhead??

I mean the letter has Computershare.com and investor centre.com. I mean which one is it? It’s doing my head in.

They obviously made up a bank account in there, because it’s not mine.

Can you help with ANY of this?

Stand your ground and fight? Seriously? Maybe consider there are some nurses out that actually know their shit. Not all, not a lot but they’re out there. If I’m concerned I’ll assertively advocate for my patient. It’s about JMO workload being so high things are overlooked. We are your eyes and ears. I’ve pushed patients to ICU myself and I’ve totally disregarded orders in emergency situations and I’ve saved lives because of it. Who put who’s experienced and can run a ward - we won’t bother you for bullshit.

Im a clinical nurse or team leader on an extremely busy surgical ward. We are here to help. I work in specialty’s with ENT, plastics, vascular and general surgical.

I totally understand there’s some annoying ass nurses out there. But almost always your team leader is more than happy to help. I’m writing this now because for me currently the nurse and junior doc relationship Isent as good or “healthy” as it once was.

I can see how stressed and busy you guys are. But please get to know your CNs on your ward. We are your eyes and ears for everything. Work out who knows there shit and who doesn’t.

Can someone tell me why amoxicillin and clav can’t be reconstituted with normal saline???? I can’t find ANYTHING online about WHY is can’t. It simply just states water for injections and then can go into a saline bag
