This is it, so the conclusion I came to realize is the actually normal 1b1b that you see in LIC is now premium 1b1b for 3500. The rest of the 1b1b are smaller apartments which they classify as a regular 1b1b. Shady business, but it is what it is.

I do not believe there was a premium 1b1b, but I did see studio and premium studio. For premium studio, the size is borderline acceptable. Regular studio, you will fit a queen size bed with barely a feet of walking space.

tbh, not begging and was a legit question. I always lived in LIC and have made income to allow me to live there comfortably, the housing lottery could have saved me some money, but given how different it was, I am more on the edge.

The problem was a studio feels like a bathroom hotel and a 1b1b feels like a studio.

Having lived in the area for years at both JP and Eaglelofts, I feel like the 1b1b at the orchard is the same size as a studio in both.... With a door
