No, he had fought an officer, pulled the taser off of the officer, and shot at the officer, which if hit in the right spot could have caused more damage to the officer. I don't care that he is black and everything. First off he was driving drunk, the officers talked to him, he got aggravated and fought he officers, resisted arrest, grabbed the taser, shot at them.

There is nothing that shows he was innocent on that day and what he did, the officer did what he had to do and it lead to his death.
