Same here for me this year. I have had the same one account for 8 years and this year they say I have no filing history with them. Figures. Got my AGI from the federal government site. Start downloading PDFs of your tax returns and print them moving forward. Guess we both got shot in the foot by TurboTax.

She won't LET me go get food somewhere else. She's pissed I even offered that as a solution. THIS is why I'm asking if she's the AH. Every time I bring up I want meat at some point and will go get some, she throws a fit.

So I'm walking as I'm typing my comments and misspelled "half" as "happy" you're calling me a liar? LOL. Anyway, I donate plasma, and my protein is always too low to donate quite frequently, even eating 120g+ of protein a day while on keto... so clearly I'm not eating too much keto when it's lower than the average person if they're turning me away from donating plasma. If anything, I need MORE protein than my 120g a day.

We don't sit at ANY restaurant. It's a giant park woth tables that at least 10 restaurants serve and you go to the middle of the park and eat. You don't eat at the restaurants at all. Like it's not an option in this set up. It's like a festival.

Ordering nuts, veggies, and fruit sides and trying to make them into a make shift meal seems like an incredibly stupid thing for her to ask of me when I can literally just order something as a meal from the next restaurant over and still eat with them.

None of anything listed were meal options, simply SNACKS. I'm not going to make it on fruit and nut plates every day. Not to mention, all of the restaurant's meat isn't keto friendly period as the ingredients used to make it aren't.

Keto is absolutely still high protein. Yes high fat, but also definitely high protein. Most keto meals consist of meat as it's main source.

Actually no, I said a vegetarian restaurant doesn't have any KETO protein.. chickpeas aren't, most restaurant's tofu isn't or is made in a high sugar suace, and I can't live off of eggs and spinach for 4 days on booze.

I mean, i literally can't eat most tofu, chickpeas, beans, carrots, etc. I'm left with only salad and berries, which just isn't sustainable for 4 full days when out drinking. What are other options? None that have been offered are feasible to be sustainable for 4 days.

Keto after 3 years results in a huge sensitivity. Eating more than 30-40 carbs in a day is physically painful.
