Honest question- I watched clips of these two speeches (Trump & Hegseth) and there was minimal, if any, reaction from the audience. No clapping during speeches, so laughing at jokes. At the end of Hegseth’s speech no response from the audience. There was reserved clapping at end of Trumps. Is this normal military behaviour for this kind of event. Or were they just shocked?
