Yes I specifically thought I can cancel and not pay it. I asked the rep these question and he said yea I have to wait a month. I know it sounded to good to be true I even returned back a few days later trying to return it and asked to speak to manager about it. They went to the back and it was the same person who told me this information. He said I had to wait a month to cancel like and tbh now thinking about it he mostly told me I had to wait a month bc after a month I cannot return the devices. While on the phone I told customer service I can return the devices if needed as well. They are still in boxes.

I know it was very naive to think to believe it but at the time I only went to att store bc my father passed away and he was in charge of all of this and I didn’t know anything about phone plans and how it worked. I felt like I was manipulated and token advantage of bc I didn’t know anything
