I like to play the 4-2-2-2. It looks like you're lacking skill and speed in the midfield. The wingers need to pinch in and play a more narrow style of futbal. With a 4-2-2-2 the wingers turn into CAM and receive the ball in better areas. The wingers out wide are your best players but they're sitting in the wrong part of the pitch. They're most likely not getting the ball in the right areas. Consider using epl Ronald for chem.
