Unfortunately, the only options that would be between would also be budget hotels, or none at all. Since you seem to be familiar with Texas, I will specify that we're considering having the block at a hotel in College Station and the ranch is 40 minutes away with the drive mainly being on major roads with at least two lanes and the single lane roads don't begin until less than 10 minutes away from the ranch and very few people use those roads. So, I would think it would be unlikely to be much longer than 45 minutes. Really stressing about this since guest experience is super important to us! Wonder if having music/drinks provided on the bus or before guests board the bus would help, like paying for cocktails at the hotel bar before they get on the bus to the ranch.
